Verde Outdoor Solutions was by far the best contractor that worked on any portion of our house during the build process. They communicated well and were honest about whether or not I needed piers. They ended up refunding the money that the piers should have cost because I didn't need them. After the pool was done, they checked in multiple times per week until we felt comfortable with them handing everything over to us. Would highly recommend.
